The terms below govern your use and purchases of products from www.thesplootingbunny.com. Your use of our site constitutes your agreement to be bounded by all of the following terms and conditions ("the agreement").

We may at any time change the terms and conditions of this website. We may continue to create, update, delete any part of our terms as we see fit, with or without notice.

All contents on this website, including images, videos, written material, photographs, designs, artworks are copyright, trademarked under THE SPLOOTING BUNNY, to which is protected by copyright, all worldwide rights which are owned by THE SPLOOTING BUNNY.
RETURN POLICY
Exchanges are only valid when items are purchased at retail price with T-Shirt tag in place and no forms of damage. All discounted items are final with no exchange or refunds allowed.

For all items at retail price, exchanges are only valid 7 days from the date of tax invoice.

For cancellation, changes to orders, email contact@thesplootingbunny.com within 12 hours from payment.

For all exchanges, Items must be in their original packaging with the tag in place and uncut, together with the original receipt. Local customers are responsible for the fees charged when shipping back the item and also for the fees charged when items are exchanged.

TAXES AND SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via "park and parcel" or THE SPLOOTING BUNNY own fleet. Pro-Express shipment does not include processing time. Customers will receive a confirmation email informing them that their item has been confirmed. All shipment will proceed to be shipped (1-3) business-day after payment has been confirmed. Please email contact@thesplootingbunny.com if you have not received your items after 7 days.
7% Goods and Services Tax applies to all the items purchased on this website.

Our store reserves the right, without prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make any items on this website and to cancel any orders.
